All About Fitness

Getting in shape is not meant to be a torturous endeavor. There may be a sore muscle or two along the way, but I believe getting fit should be enjoyed, not dreaded. As an elite & professional athlete, I have been pushed past my limits, overcome mental & physical adversity, I’ve failed more times than I’ve succeeded and I’ve learned how to enjoy the process. There is no destination, we are forever evolving. I believe my purpose has always been to inspire the next generation, set an example for my peers & inspire ANYONE to take a step in the direction to help them become the best version of themselves. My favorite type of training is speed, agility & strength for athletes. The technical approach I take to critique form, enhance mobility and pinpoint adjustments is VERY unique and science-based. No matter what sport you play, you will benefit from this programming. I have been working with the best athletic trainers from across the world since I was in high school. I played ACC college soccer at Clemson Universitt, professionally in Europe, professionally in Cyprus & professional in NC for the NC Courage. I have taken everything I’ve learned throughout my journey and I’ve created a program, culture & mantra that I deem UNSTOPPABLE. I get to change lives for a living, which is not only a privilege but incredibly fulfilling and rewarding. From field training, to soccer specific, to group fitness to individual goals of any sort...
